THE Outrigger on the Lagoon Resort on Fiji's Coral Coast has a hilltop spa centre with outstanding views over the resort and ocean. The person chosen to manage the Bebe Spa was found within the existing staff. Call Centre for Fiji Islands

THE Cayman Islands company MindPearl is to set up a call centre in Fiji, officially commencing on September 1st 2009. The news was announced by the Fiji Islands Trade and Investment Bureau (FTIB) in early February. The company will be based in the Kalabu Tax Free Zone on the outskirts of Suva and plans to hire up to 3000 workers over the next 2-3 years. It is already accepting applications though it will not officially recruit the employees until May.
