Position: Kitchen Duty Manager

Kitchen Duty Manager required to manage a very busy Resort Kitchen looking after International Guests and staff meals.
Must have previous experience in a Management role. Cooking experience is not essential. People-managing skills are essential as you will be directing and managing up to 6-8 Kitchen staff. This role includes overseeing the day to day kitchen operations. 2 weeks hands on training will be given to the correct applicant.
