Objectives

Responsibilities

Primary objective of the job:

Senior Manager / Director Level Career Opportunity:

The Group CFO role provides an exciting, fast paced and challenging start-up career opportunity for an experienced Finance Professional with excellent financial and astute commercial skills. Reporting to the Group CEO in the Pacific your responsibilities will include providing accurate, timely and reliable financial information to the senior management team and working with the market CFOs and General Managers, as well as working to Board level metrics. 

You will be also be responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring the financial controls and procedures of the company and exiting and new markets, and ensuring consistency of accounting policy and procedures. 

You will be required to hire, train and ensure the day to day management of the Group Finance team, provide monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting to the Shareholders through the Pacific Group structure, actively participate in the company financial matters and maintain relationships with financial institutions. Operational cash-flow management and balance sheet control will be essential elements of the role.

The positions offered are Resort Managers and as such include the overall management of the resort from all aspects and are in view of possibly evolving to a future Overall General Manager position fully running the resort. KEY CRITERIA: 

Him/Her: * PADI Instructor with great people skills * Overall Dive Operation management skills required * Experience in equipment repair &amp; maintenance * Boat Handling * Outboard mechanics knowledge a big plus * Work experience in resorts with knowledge of overall resort management &amp; maintenance 

Her/Him: * Strong front office management and organization skills, computer literacy and resort management experience * Experience in reservations and reception, front office * Experience in (international) resort marketing * Experience in managing resort staff (kitchen, housekeeping etc.) 

Both: * Flexibility/adaptability to work in all areas of the resort, etc &#xac;as required. * Interest in being part of a growing business and in working in an island resort. * Being able to create and be part of a hospitality atmosphere is what its all about, thereby hospitality experience is a must

Dialler Associate.
The Dialler Associate role is a challenging role, something very new to the Fiji job market.
Basically involves managing the dialling solution and ensuring that it runs at optimum efficiency.
Also, will need to run reports in excel, and work with numerical data analysis.

Reports to: Dialler Team Leader

Job Requirements

 Need to have a good command of English (Both Verbal and Written)
Need to have hands on experience with Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
Some knowledge of VB. (Not essential)
Comfortable with handling a PC, and good typing skills.
