Our client base is from Coral Coast Sigatoka to Nalawa Rakiraki.

Our expanding company is seeking to hire an Operations Manager to join our leadership team.

You will be in charge of providing inspired leadership for the operation of our organization which involves:

  1. Making important policies and strategic decisions as well as the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
  2. Also, assist the Human Resources Department with recruiting when necessary and help to promote a company culture that encourages morale and positive performance.
  3. The successful candidate will report directly to the Director, have prior experience in management or leadership
  4. A sound understanding of financial management is a plus

OPERATIONS MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide inspired leadership for the organization
  • Make important policies, planning and strategic decisions
  • Develop, implement and review policies and procedures
  • You will develop the business with new marketing ideas
  • Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
  • Oversee budgeting, reporting and planning
  • Ensure all aspects of auditing are up to standards and reported to the Director on a weekly basis
  • Ensure that all legal and regulatory documents are filled and monitor the compliance with laws and regulations
  • Work with the Board of Directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goal
  • Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company
  • Build strong alliances and partnerships with other organizations
  • Support, guide and develop employees to work according to company policy.

OPERATIONS MANAGER REQUIREMENTS

  1. Experience in management, operations and leadership.
  2. Must have a sound understanding of finance, budgeting and cash flow management.
  3. Ability to build consensus and relationships among partners and employees
  4. Excellent communication skills
  5. Ability to carry out disciplinary processes within the company policy and procedure

 

 

This position requires willingness and a can-do attitude which includes working some overtime and weekends
