Sau Bay Resort & Spa is located in secluded Na Sau Bay, an approximately 20-minute boat ride from Taveuni.  Offering deluxe waterfront accommodations, full-service dive operation and waterfront spa, guests enjoy the truly serene setting and superb diving our resort offers.

Qualifications:

• Natural team leader with proactive management skills
• Ability to communicate well with management/owners
• Fluent in English plus Fijian preferable
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar assistant manager position
• Working knowledge of each department including housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance, and marine/dive operations

Job Requirements:

• Work at our remote location for extended periods of time
• Implement standard operating procedures in each department and ensure accountability
• Prepare supply plans based on resort occupancy including boat transfers, fuel and necessities
• Implement Health and Safety Protocols and conduct periodic safety drills with staff
• Maintain daily/weekly/monthly records for fuel, bar & food supplies
• Keep track of maintenance records
• Demonstrate effective leadership among staff
• Interface extensively with guests to ensure optimal guest experience
• Prepare guest invoices in preparation for check-out
